Post Natal - After you have had your baby, we will focus on strengthening the pelvic floor, core training - this will improve the function and appearance of your abdominals, effective fat burning and the nutritional needs of a new mum!
Training can take place in the privacy of your own home or garden, or in your local park, it's up to you! We provide all the necessary equipment.
