Alexander Technique
The Alexander Technique is most commonly used to help gain relief from back/neck pain, muscular or joint problems, and stress complaints.
It can be extremely helpful in pregnancy and, after the birth of your child, with:
- Regaining good posture
- Getting back into shape
- Carrying your baby
- Bending to lift your baby out of a cot, playpen, buggy and car
- Pushing a buggy
- Feeding, changing and bathing your baby.
