Positions for labour and birth

This information sheet uses illustrations to demonstrate positions to make your labour shorter and easier, and positions to make the birth of your baby easier.

This information is also available as a set of 22 A5 laminated cards; the cards show the images without words which enables them to be used in a variety of teaching situations. They're fixed with a simple screw rivet, allowing the cards to be used individually, but kept together as a set.

The images (with captions) are also used on an A2 colour poster which is ideal for use in labour/birthing rooms as well as teaching areas as a reminder.
