Closure of NCT Shop

NCT has taken the commercial decision to close its online shopping division on 29th June 2016.  As a result, the NCT Shop website is now closed. 

We are conscious that this may inconvenience parents who wish to buy products from the store and have ensured that all customer orders are completed prior to closure.

Customers will also retain their statutory rights to return goods to NCT in exchange for a refund if they are faulty.

Q. Why can’t I speak to somebody?

Due to the closedown we are operating with limited staff resources, therefore all enquiries are being diverted to email to help us to respond more efficiently.

Q. What is the return policy?

We do offer refunds on all purchases within 14 days of receipt.  If you would like to return your item, please send it to the following address:

Please include your order number and contact details so we can process your refund.  Monies will be refunded within 10 working days.

Q. I’ve not received my refund?

We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days of receipt. Please note this may vary slightly between banking institutions.

Q. I contacted NCT Shop over a week ago, I’ve not had a reply. Shall I send another e-mail?

We aim to answer all emails within 48 hours, however due to volumes this may take slightly longer.  Please do not send duplicate emails as this may lead to further delays.

Q. I’ve not received my full order what should I do?

If you have not received your full order this will be due to certain items being out of stock.  A refund will be processed for item not received.  

Q. I’ve received a faulty item and would like a refund?

Please email us at contactus@nctshop.co.uk with images of the faulty product and we will look into the issue.

Q. I’ve placed an order and have not heard anything. Was my order received?

We have received all orders, and are working through processing any outstanding as quickly as possible.
