These are classes for first time parents and those having their second, third....! We offer a range of classes and it's a great way to meet other local parents and make friends for life.
Early Days Course:
A 6 week course for new parents. Once you've had your baby, there are probably many questions that you hadn't considered before you gave birth. Topics discussed may include safety in the home, coping with a crying baby, making time for Mum, playing with your baby and the 1st year.
Relax, Stretch & Breathe Class:
A yoga inspired exercise class for pregnant Mums. An hour long class designed for women beyond 12 weeks of pregnancy. They encourage gentle stretching to ease the aches and pains of pregnancy and include movement and breathing to aid birth.
