Getting ready to give birth to more than one baby can be really exciting, but it can feel daunting too. So our workshops will prepare you for the joys, as well as and challenges, of multiple births.

Twin babies

In lots of ways, having more than one baby isn’t that different from having a single birth, but it can raise some challenges. That’s why we’ve designed these three-hour workshops as an add-on to our NCT Signature or NCT Essentials antenatal courses.

They give you and your partner a support network of parents in the same boat, and plenty of time to learn all about the unique experience of having twins or more.

What you'll learn

Caring for twins and multiples

Where to find support

Our workshops are a chance to mix with other parents who really understand, creating a vital support network. But we’ll also give you lots of other info on where you can get support, including local groups.

Pricing

Our workshops are priced based on the length of the session and where in the UK they are based. We want every parent to have access to our sessions, so we offer discounts in some circumstances – find your local course or get in touch for more info.
