If you cancel your place more than 14 days before the course you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your place 14 days or less before the course, a refund will only be offered on a discretionary basis.
If in the unlikely event we do not get sufficient numbers, the course may be cancelled or postponed at short notice. In this instance bookers may either defer their place to our next course or receive a full refund
