Join our new Walk and Talk volunteer Catherine and her baby for a leisurely stroll around the lakes of Rickmansworth Aquadrome. We prefer you to book a ticket so we know who to look out for but these are free and the event is open to all.

There is plenty of free parking off Frogmore Lane, Rickmansworth, WD3 1NB and a cafe selling a range of drinks and snacks.
Meet under the tree between the car park and cafe. Catherine will be wearing an NCT lanyard and/or a yellow hi-vis vest.
