Meet outside Your cafe in the park (Carpark side) Amber will be wearing a Green NCT top.

We will take a walk around Aston Clinton park followed by an optional stop at the Cafe afterwards.
Led by NCT volunteers, our Walk and Talk groups give parents the opportunity to:
* get outdoors with their babies on a safe and accessible route
* improve their mental health and wellbeingÂ
