Join us for an easy, buggy friendly walk around Waterman's Park followed by a sit and chat with tea and biscuits in Brentford Family Hub East.
No need to be an NCT member - all new and expectant parents welcome.
On the walk you can meet other parents and speak with our NCT trained Peer Supporters. They can help with infant feeding, including breast and bottle feeding, weaning onto solid foods, and parental wellbeing.
We meet at 11am at the Waterman's bus stop (BH) right by the park. After the walk we go together to the Family Hub for tea and biscuits (11.30am-12.30pm). The hub's community room has toys and books for your little ones and is a lovely cosy space to socialise with other parents.
If you are running late please don't worry - the park is not very big so you can easily find us or join us at the Family Hub at 11.30am.
