NCT Walk and Talk groups are free, local walks for new and expectant parents to support each other by meeting face-to-face to chat and share experiences.
Led by NCT volunteers, our NCT Walk and Talk groups give new and expectant parents the opportunity to:
- get outdoors with their babies on a safe and accessible route
- improve their mental health and wellbeing
- make new friends and feel part of a community
Meeting point: Outside the Frimley Lodge Cafe. Look out for NCT volunteer Amy who will be wearing a green T-shirt and yellow vest.
We will set off on a pram friendly walk along the canal lasting approximately 45 minutes. Before returning to the cafe for a chat and cuppa if you wish to.
We expect the event to finish at approximately 1pm
Plenty of free parking.
