Whilst face to face yoga isn’t currently possible, you can still join a group of other new mums and babies online at Mum & Baby.
The class is a chance to stretch out tired muscles, tone your pelvic floor and enjoy a time of relaxation in the company of other new mums and babies. We also sing nursery rhymes and get the babies’ bodies moving too! At the beginning of each session there is a chance to talk to all the other mums.
The classes are suitable once you’ve had your 6-8 week postnatal check until your baby is confidently moving.
