
Weekly pregnancy yoga classes under the umbrella of the National Childbirth Trust. This class offers a combination of a normal antenatal class and a yoga class. They are open to all women, regardless of whether it is the first, second, third or fourth baby and can be enjoyed from 12 weeks onwards. Each class incorporates my S.M.A.R.T. teaching philosophy and includes birth preparation and weekly topics relevant to pregnancy, childbirth and the early days with your baby. These classes will not only help to keep you fit and strong but will also give you opportunities to make new life-long friends
