Sellers

Registration for sellers opens at http://nct.grokbox.co.uk approximately 6 weeks before each sale. This will be advertised in our weekly eNews (subscribe here) and via Facebook, and all branch members and contacts on our selling database (subscribe herewill be emailed. Alternatively, contact our Nearly New Sale Team on nns.beckenham@nct.org.ukPlease note that sale goods should be 'nearly new' rather than secondhand; we won’t sell items that are damaged, broken, stained or marked. Everything has to have all its parts and pieces and be in excellent working condition. A seller pack will be available once registration opens with details of what items can be sold and tips on how best to present and price them.

We hope you get a great price for your items, and free up some much-needed space!

Buyers

Sales are open 10:30am-1pm (10:15 entry for members). Please arrive in plenty of time as there is often a queue. It is £1.50 entry per adult (£2 per couple).

Please park on the road rather than in the venue car park. If you need assistance to your car please ask one of the volunteers. Please note that we are very tight for space and so do not always allow buggies into the sale hall (unless the baby is sleeping); if this is the case we will have a buggy park but please bring your baby in a sling if you can. Whilst you can bring your older children, it is crowded and somewhat hectic so it may be better to arrange alternate childcare if possible to maximise your shopping!

Ticketed sales: Once you have entered, please select your items and place them in your green bag, to be paid for at the end. Please do not take unwanted items to the till but return them to their area. Credit and debit cards are welcome, although there is a charge of 50p for transactions under £10. Please note that all items are sold as seen and the NCT is not responsible for the items for sale; we do our best to quality control the items and they should be 'nearly new'. If you have any concerns on the day, please raise it with a member of the team. Tea, coffee and homemade cakes are for sale in the cafe area after the till point; please do not take unpaid for items into the cafe area.

We look forward to welcoming you to our sale and hope that you pick up some great items!
