NCT Bridgnorth and District Baby First Aid Course
What is an NCT Baby First Aid course?
The NCT Baby First Aid Course is a bespoke course that has been developed by NCT in partnership with British Red Cross.
The course lasts for 2.5 hours, and the topics covered include:
* Unresponsive baby and child (breathing and not breathing)
* Choking baby and child
* Raised temperature
The course is suitable for parents, expectant parents and carers of babies and young children and covers first aid techniques for babies (0-1yrs) and children (1-12yrs).
Every parent worries about having an emergency involving their child(ren). These courses will help address those fears, giving lots of practice in lifesaving techniques and plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
The course costs £25 for an individual and £40 for a couple, concessions are available (see booking info for more details).
Places are limited so book today to ensure your chance to attend.
It is important that attendees arrive in good time for the start of the course, as they will not be able to join the course if they are late.
Loose-fitting clothing and flat shoes should be worn as the courses involve practical activities and we want attendees to feel comfortable.
The course is being held at Tasley Village Hall and is being run by the British Red Cross in conjunction with the NCT.
There is limited parking available on site, with space for 8 vehicles.
