Join us for our monthly 'Walk and Talk' get together at Crystal Palace Park - meet at the stone slabs by Crystal Palace station.
A lovely NCT volunteer will be there at 3pm to help banish that Monday-itis!
Bring your bumps and babies in slings or buggies for a walk and a chat.
Whatever the weather the meet up will still go ahead so grab your suncream (hopefully!) or your rain covers (just in case!!) We look forward to seeing you there!
