This group is for anyone who is struggling to move on from their birth experience. We are a friendly and supportive group who will listen and understand. Ran by NCT Antenatal teacher Amy and NCT volunteer Lucy.
Session runs at Charnwood Childrens Centre, Purcell Avenue Lichfield on the 4th Friday of the month.
