NCT Baby First Aid courses have been uniquely designed with you in mind. The content is specifically relevant to parents and carers of babies and pre-school children and covers topics that we know can be a worry for parents such as CPR, choking and burns and meningitis. The courses are just 2.5 hours long; perfect for learning the simple procedures that you need in an emergency but short enough to fit into your busy schedule. Babes in arms are welcome on the course.
Our Baby First Aid courses will remove any fears you have about delivering first aid in an emergency situation. The British Red Cross are the leading providers of first aid training in the UK and their expert trainers will give you plenty of practice in life saving techniques and lots of opportunities to ask questions.
The course cost is £25 for an individual, or discounted rate of £45 for a couple. A discounted rate of £10 is available if you meet the following criteria - under 18s (if under 18 please email the branch first to ensure this course is the right course for you); students under 22 years of age; parents receiving Income Support, Income Based Jobseekers Allowance, Council Tax Benefit, Housing Benefit, Employment and Support Allowance or Working Tax Credit; or parents with a yearly household income of less than £15,000.

Parking is available to the left / back of the church. Alternatively, Emmanuel Church have an arrangment with William Davis who allow the church to use their carpark at weekends for events. Thier car park is across the road from the church. There is also a pay and display car park on Browns Lane at Loughborough Leisure Centre. If you park at the far left overspill car park, and walk down the brook to the little bridge, this will take you to Emmanuel Church car park where you turn left. (Approx 1-2 minute walk to the church from Browns Lane car park).
