What? When? Where?
The North West London branch has partnered with Katalin Kaszas, of Kat Fitness, to bring you a three-class course of Baby Massage via Zoom. It will start on Saturday, 8th August and will continue on Saturday, 15th and Saturday, 22nd August, it will run from 10am to 11am. The course builds upon what is learnt in the previous class, so it is not possible to purchase a ticket for only one class out the three.
The course will give you the opportunity to bond with your baby and support your developing relationship as well as meet other new parents, there will be plenty of time to connect during the class.
Who is running the course?
Katalin is a fully qualified Baby Massage coach as well as a personal trainer and yoga teacher that specialises in pre and postnatal fitness. All her teaching has transferred to Zoom since lockdown started, so you will be in very experienced and safe hands.
What is baby massage?
Baby Massage is a technique that has been developed over many, many years and offers parents an additional means of communicating with their little ones. Should your baby need to feed or be changed or held, do not worry, you can still participate passively and try out what you have learnt later on. Your baby can be as involved in the class as you like or as is practical.
Who can participate?
The class is open to all and both parents, or primary caregivers, are welcome to participate. There is no lower or upper age limit for your baby. It may become less manageable by the time they can crawl off but there are no hard and fast rules. Should you have any questions about the class please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What do I need on the day?
All you need is some high quality, non-fragrant vegetable oil, a towel or blanket and a muslin. There is a strict limit on class size, so should you find the class becomes oversubscribed, please email email@example.com and we will set up another class as soon as we can.
