What? Where? When?
The North West London branch has partnered with Katalin Kaszas, of Kat Fitness, to bring you a weekly remote Mother and Baby Yoga class via Zoom. It will start on Tuesday 28th July and run from 10am to 11am.
The class will give you the opportunity to strengthen your core and tone up your body as well as meet other new mothers, there will be plenty of time to connect during the class.
Who is leading the course?
Katalin is a fully qualified personal trainer and yoga teacher that specialises in pre and postnatal fitness. All her teaching has transferred to Zoom since lockdown started, so you will be in very experienced and safe hands.
What is Mother & Baby Yoga?
Mother and baby yoga is an all-over body workout that will support your transition back to regular exercise. Your baby can be as involved in the class as you like or as is practical, there is no upper age limit on your baby’s participation as long as they are a willing participant. It may become less manageable by the time they can crawl off but there are no hard and fast rules.
Who can participate?
The class is open to all once you have been given the all-clear by your doctor at 6 weeks, whether you are a total beginner or participate in a regular yoga practice. Exercises will be tailored to the individual’s level of experience and health. Katalin will arrange a one to one consultation with you before the class to discuss your needs.
