Kavitha Nair is a former sleepless mom and now a certified Gentle Sleep Coach. She went through the trauma of acute sleep deprivation for months before she discovered the Gentle Sleep Coach Program. She managed to sleep train her child with a plan that was tailor made for him. She discovered sleep again and a new passion: to help other sleepless moms and dads get through one of the toughest challenges of parenthood. The Gentle Sleep Program does not recommend formal sleep training for infants until after 4 months.
