Spring Nearly New Sale 2016
Our Spring 2016 sale will be held on Sunday 20th March 2016 from 1.30 -3pm, Members entry 1pm.
Our regular venue is: Stanborough School, Lemsford Lane, Welwyn Garden City, AL8 6YR.

Everything you could need for children 0-8 years old: top quality baby and children's clothes, equipment, pushchairs, toys and books at bargain prices. We also have maternity wear.
Entrance to the sale is £1 per adult. Members must have their membership cards or printed email confirmation of their membership payment. All proceeds are in aid of the NATIONAL CHILDBIRTH TRUST.
Available on the day: refreshments to purchase and a small seating area, baby changing and feeding facilities, parking though please respect local by-laws and do not park on grass verges.
Please Note: Space is limited at the sales so we recommend you avoid bringing pushchairs where possible for safety reasons.
Online Seller Registration
Registration for sellers and volunteers opens on Sunday 7th February
There is a £5 registration fee for sellers which is payable at registration. We also take 25% commission from your sale proceeds which goes directly to the NCT and helps fund our branch activities and national campaigns.
You will be required to drop off your items for sale on Saturday evening, 19th March. You will be assigned a time slot in your seller pack which you should receive within 7 working days of registration.
Please read the attached sellers guide to make sure your items are presented correctly.
You will receive 75 tags in your seller pack and we encourage you to bundle items such as clothes and books as one item, using one tag. There is an option to purchase extra tags if needed. There is a limit of one registration per household.
We have introduced BACS payments for this sale to make paying your sale proceeds easier and quicker.

Online Volunteer Restration
Please consider registering to help at our sale as they are only a success and keep running because of our wonderful helpers. As a thank you all volunteers gain entry to the exclusive pre-sale shopping session between 11.45-12.15 on Sunday morning.
If you are a seller and volunteer you will earn a commission reduction for each shift, the more shifts that you can help with the bigger the reduction. Full details of the commission structure for volunteers will be available when you register.
There are 4 shifts to choose from; Saturday night (19th) set up, Sunday sale, Sunday back office and Sunday post sale. Please note you can do EITHER Sunday sale OR Back office, NOT both.
Please be aware that the Saturday evening and Sunday post sale shifts require some lifting. If you are unable to do this, please do not agree to volunteer for those shifts. The Sunday sale shift or the back office shift will be suitable for you. The Back office shift is most suitable for feeding mums.

Online Advertising Registration
Registration for the Spring 2016 sale is now open
If you are a local business and would like to advertise at our sale by way of leaflets or samples included in promotional bags then please follow this link to register https://goo.gl/kx4vJu
We hand out 350 promotional bags to sale attendees and are always looking for relevant advertisers and free samples. The cost is £5 per 50 flyers up to 350. Samples are free to include and we can put a maximum of 2 of each sample per bag, so that is a 700 limit.
Flyers and samples need to be received by Friday 11th March. The delivery address will be given in your confirmation email.
