We’re delighted to launch our partnership with Peppy - a new digital platform that helps employees to access support during parental leave.
We will be the sole provider of antenatal education and thereby promote NCT’s antenatal courses to a wide audience of employees of large firms (they currently partner with 17 employers such as Penguin Random House and CBI).
Employers who sign-up to Peppy commit to provide every expectant employee - both women and men - with credit to spend on the platform (typically £500) and employees can redeem up to £100 of this off the cost of an NCT antenatal course. This means that parents will get part of their course paid for by their employer.
Peppy was launched by a team of parents who noticed a gap in market for a one stop shop for employers looking to support their employees during parental leave. They want to help shape the future of parent support.
They have created a platform available to corporate business which enables employers to support their employees during parental leave. This encourages parents, especially mothers, to return to work and helps tackle the gender pay gap. We believe this will make a serious difference in how people experience their maternity leave, journey to parenthood and return to work.
