The Grant Fundraising Coordinator:
- works across the branch to help plan and fund valuable support and projects for local parents and parents-to-be;
- researches potential funding bodies for projects;
- writes, or assists others to write, applications for grant funding.
This immensely valuable role gets lots of support from the UK Office Fundraising Team – successful applications bring in considerable sums of money to assist the charity in its work for parents, so you will know you are really helping others.
Time Commitment
Time commitment is minimal: aside for your branch planning process around your Annual Members’ Meeting, you should expect to spend a maximum of 15 hours on each grant application.
