NCT Abingdon welcomes every new parent. Our local groups, activities and events are run by volunteers. We help forge friendships and raise money for all of NCT's work, locally and nationally.
NCT Abingdon branch is your local parent support network, helping you become the parent you want to be. Our branch is led by volunteers and offer local parents and parents-to-be invaluable support, services and NCT events.
Bumps & Babies, Online
If you're pregnant or have a baby join us for chat, tips and support online every Wednesday 11am-12.30pm. Feel free to drop in at any point during this time. Older children welcome, don't worry you don't need to be able to sit still to join us! Some weeks will have a particular theme, others just general chat. We might even throw in the odd nursery rhyme some weeks too!
Mum & Baby Yoga, Online
Whilst face to face yoga isn’t currently possible, you can still join a group of other new mums and babies online at Mum & Baby. The class is a chance to stretch out tired muscles, tone your pelvic floor and enjoy a time of relaxation in the company of other new mums and babies. We also sing nursery rhymes and get the babies’ bodies moving too! At the beginning of each session there is a chance to talk to all the other mums.
The classes are suitable once you’ve had your 6-8 week postnatal check until your baby is confidently moving. For more information email our Postnatal Practitioner, Caroline at email@example.com or to book follow this link - www.bookwhen.com/mbyabingdon There is a discount policy for anyone who is struggling financially - please email to find out more.
