Our Courses - Basingstoke

We run a variety of courses in the Basingstoke area for expectant and new parents

Preparing for your baby's birth

We run Signature and Essentials Antenatal Courses in a number of formats including weekday evenings and weekends.

We also run Antenatal Refresher Courses, for those expecting their second or subsequent baby(ies).

In addition to our Antenatal courses we run Yoga for pregnancy classes, which are suitable for women from 12 weeks of pregnancy; and Waterbirth Workshops for those interested in using water during labour and birth.

Once your baby is here

Introducting Solids WorkshopsSuitable for parents of babies between the ages of 4-6 months, NCT Introducing Solids workshops help you to decide when to start introducing solid food to your baby, what approach you want to take and what to expect.

Baby First Aid - We are working with leading baby first aid providers to create a bespoke Baby first aid course designed to build your confidence as a parent or carer in dealing with emergency situations.  These courses run twice a month, currently in Kempshott & Popley.
