Run by volunteers, we offer support, information and friendship to Parents-to-be and Parents in Wolverhampton and all surrounding WV postcodes, though those outside of this area are welcome along to our groups and events too!

Hello and welcome to the Wolverhampton and District branch of NCT.

Our vision is a world in which no parent feels isolated and in which all parents supported to build a stronger society.

We believe that a baby gets the best start in life if the parents feel confident, in control and well supported.

Run by volunteers, the Wolverhampton and District branch offers a support network to parents and parents-to-be in lots of ways from Walking Groups to Nearly New SalesSling and Cloth Nappy Library ,  Little Angels Bump, baby and toddler group at Christ Church, Tettenhall as well as a Breastfeeding support group and Baby First Aid Courses.

NCT Wolverhampton Baby Bundles Project (baby bank) offers support to parents in crisis/need (within WV1-WV14 postcodes) with essential maternity and baby / child items. If you are an organisation, agency or health professional wishing to request items for a family in need please contact Babybundles.Wolverhampton@nct.org.uk

We are always working to deliver what our local parents want/need so if you would like to see something that we don’t currently offer, please get in contact and we will do our best, why not join our friendly volunteering team!

We also have a branch Facebook and Twitter page where you can keep updated with all of our branch activities:

Our more specific groups:

C-Section Connection

Little Angels stay and play

NCT Wolverhampton Sling and Nappy Library

Toddle Waddle Walk

Breastfeeding Support Group

You can always email us on Wolverhampton@nct.org.uk with any queries.

All of these services are available to members and non-members alike. Members of the NCT also receive a quarterly national newsletter (NewGen) and a branch newsletter. We provide a support network and can put you in touch with other members in your area or in your situation.

NCT encourages parents to become members, as it is the membership fee that funds services and the work we do for all parents. Donations to support our work are also welcome.

We are always looking for volunteers so if you have a few hours to spare and would like to get involved please contact us at: Wolverhampton@nct.org.uk  message us on Facebook or Twitter. There are various roles from ad-hoc roles, face to face, some even from the comfort of your home! We appreciate however little, or however much you can commit to volunteering with us, as it all contributes to the running of the branch.
