NCT has teamed up with the British Red Cross to offer you the chance to learn vital first aid skills that could one day save a child’s life
NCT Baby first aid courses have been uniquely designed with you in mind.
The content is specifically relevant to parents and carers of babies and children up to the age of 12 years and covers topics that we know can be a worry for parents such as:
- CPR
- choking
- seizures
- fever
- burns
- meningitis.
The courses are just two and half hours long; perfect for learning the simple procedures that you need in an emergency but short enough to fit into your busy schedule.
Our Baby first aid courses will remove any fears you have about delivering first aid in an emergency situation. The British Red Cross are the leading providers of first aid training in the UK and their expert trainers will give you plenty of practice in life saving techniques and lots of opportunity to ask questions. Courses are highly practical with techniques practiced on mannequins and refreshments are provided.

We now have our May and June courses available to book!
The May course will be held on Monday 11th May at the Mollington Banastre Hotel from 7 -9.30pm. If you wish to book tickets please follow the link below to our online booking system. Tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis and there are 16 spaces per course. Courses do usually sell out so get your ticket secured without delay!

Our June course is a little different as it will be held on Saturday 20th June at the Mollington Banastre Hotel BUT you have 2 times to choose from, either 10am to 12.30pm OR 1.30pm to 4.00pm. Baby in arms are welcome to attend with you, as are young members of the family. We have had as young as 12 year old attend courses!
