In response to the NSPCC’s ‘Coping with Crying’ film, Belinda Phipps, Chief Executive, NCT, says:

"It’s very difficult to cope with a crying baby when you are tired and most parents feel overwhelmed at some stage. If this happens to you, you need to talk to your midwife or health visitor.

“Mums and dads can find places to meet others in the same situation through NCT and this can give them support and ideas for coping. We also have a helpline, which any parent can call, to get practical and emotional support about any aspect of looking after a baby.”
