NCT Relax, Stretch and Breathe (yoga based exercise) classes are held as a weekly drop-in. You can start coming to RSB any time after 12 weeks of pregnancy. Please contact your local teacher to check availability and register. The classes are held on Tuesdays 7pm-9pm
Please feel free to arrive up to 10 mins early to settle in and wear comfortable clothing that allows movement (e.g.leggins/joggers, cotton top/tee) , ideally bare foot (or socks) and bring a yoga mat (I have a few), 2 or 3 cushions/pillows,blanket and anything else to make yourself comfortable. There will be refreshments at the end of the session.
