These weekly classes offer gentle yoga based exercise for pregnancy with lots of relaxation and breathing. They are open to all women, regardless of whether it is the first, second, third or fourth baby and can be enjoyed from 14 weeks onwards.
Each class incorporates the following elements:
•A sequence of gentle yoga postures
•Birth preparation - breathing techniques, positions for labour and relaxation
•Time to discuss various topics relevant to pregnancy and birth with other expectant mums
NCT Yoga for Pregnancy classes are suitable for women of all fitness levels and can be enjoyed by those who have had no previous experience of yoga.
Monday evenings from 7.45pm - 9.15pm at the Weston Chiropractic Centre, Apthorpe, Weston Road, Bath (it’s situated between the Bath Priory Hotel and Snap Dragons Nursery).

What do I bring?
You can bring your own yoga mat if you like (although we have plenty available) and a pillow and blanket for relaxation. Come along wearing clothes in which you can exercise comfortably.
