NCT's response to the rising cost of formula milk

"Urgent action is needed to help parents struggling to feed their babies due to the soaring cost of formula milk. 

"We fully support calls on the Government to increase the Healthy Start Allowance. Parents in the UK today should not be in a position where they are forced to consider unsafe practices, such as watering down formula milk, to be able to feed their babies. 

"Parents should know that while different manufacturers make different claims, all formula milk brands have to meet the same nutritional and safety standards regardless of cost.
