Cannot recommend NCT highly enough. It is informative and relaxed. A great way to meet other new parents and to access resources you might need with a new baby. Thank you.
We found the classes so useful - it’s easy to dread going to 3hr sessions after work and over an intense 2.5 week period, but actually the content was so engaging and informative we ended up looking forward to them even after a long day.
We had chance to speak as a group, do breakout exercises, get to know each other as well as sit and listen and learn. It’s a really mixed way of learning and you pick up that there’s an important ‘keeping baby safe’ side of things, but also a ‘trust your instinct’ side too where you do what’s right for you / your child.
Heidi was absolutely brilliant - the delivery, the level of knowledge, referring to studies etc was great. The main thing was there was no judgement. The best thing we learnt was ‘I don’t care what you do, but I do care that you know why you’re doing it’ and this has helped us massively recently at hospital appointments where we’ve had to make decisions. There was no judgement in the class - just an empowerment to own your decisions and not be rushed or pushed into anything.
We loved it, and learnt so much - recommend 100%. Thank you to Heidi!
An invaluable course for first time parents, I knew very little about raising a baby - after starting this course I realised I knew even less than that. So much useful information. My baby arrived Wednesday - he came two weeks early, I honestly don't know what we would have done if we hadn't attended this course. Our instructor Anne-Marie was excellent.

We use your expected due date to determine how suitable a class is for you.
Ideally we want the class to end 3-7 weeks before you're due, but that can be expanded to 2-9 weeks. You will see classes marked as ideal, good, ok and not suitable in the results.
Other personal factors you should consider are:
We allow a max of 18 people (up to 9 pairs), but on average it’s 10 to 14 people. We keep our groups small, so there’s more time to connect, ask questions and get to know each other.
We can't tell you exactly what will be taught in each session because the number and length of sessions can differ between scheduled courses, and your course leader will tailor the content to the needs of the group.
We can tell you that all our courses will cover the five overall themes:
We encourage you to book a class where you can make all sessions, as we can't move you into a session in a different class.
Depending on circumstances, we can offer you an online replacement session that will cover one of the five core themes. See our terms and conditions for details.
We understand things don’t always go to plan. You can cancel a booking within 14 days of confirmation without charge. There’s also options for changing your booking. Find out more about cancellation and refunds.

Interest-free instalments are available when there is enough time to have monthly instalments between the booking date and the start of the class - this will be indicated on the class when you search.
