At the end of each month, you'll receive an email to report attendance. This helps us celebrate the number of parents you support! Please report your activities using this form.

Health and Safety form

At NCT we want all our events to be safe, inclusive, and welcoming spaces for NCT volunteers and parents. Reporting all accidents, incidents and near misses as soon as they happen helps us make this happen. Our short form should be filled in as soon as possible after any undesired event.

Data Protection

As a volunteer, we ask you follow NCT's Data Protection Policy, ensuring parent information stays secure. You can learn more about data protection through our online training for volunteers.

Safeguarding

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. We know NCT volunteers support parents at times of vulnerability or in difficult situations. If you are ever concerned about the wellbeing of a parent, child or volunteer please report this to our safeguarding team. 

To contact the NCT Safeguarding Team, you can email safeguarding@nct.org.uk or call 0208 752 2376 and leave a message. A member of the team will be in touch, usually within 24 hours. The NCT Safeguarding Team will give you instructions on any next steps we need you to take. They will also ensure that you have any support that you need.
