Please note that due to technical issues, we will be unable to honour previous seller numbers.
Please make sure to double check your seller number allocated as we will be unable to honour any errors due to incorrect seller numbers written on labels.

Label your items at home, we will send you a seller pack along with some recommended prices.
Drop your labelled items off to us on the morning of the sale.
We will put them out and sell them for you!
Collect at the end of the day for any unsold items and await for the 70% commission from your sold items to go into your bank.
Volunteer with us
Our wonderful volunteers make the day happen, most of them are also sellers. Here are just a few benefits of volunteering on the day:
- Earn an extra 15% commission as a seller and a volunteer, making your total commission 85%
- Get first pick of the items ahead of the sale opening to the public
- Lunch and refreshments provided (including cake)
- Meet like-minded fellow parents/charity advocates and had a great day giving back
- A great activity to add to your CV
Several roles are available on the day, from running the Café, organising the clothes, putting up the rails, running the tills, or being a general helper.
You can sigup to be a volunteer/helper when you go through the seller registration and tick the "helper" box.
*You must be available 08:00 - 15:00 on the day to qualify for the extra 15% commission.

Advice for attending on the day
There's plenty of free parking - but be sure to clear out the boot of your car! Make sure you have the space to take it all home with you.
Bring your bags (NCT branded bags for life are available to purchase if you wish)
If bringing babies recommend bringing in a sling for ease of shopping. Pushchairs are welcome.
A quiet room is available for those who want to have a rest and purchase a slice of homemade cake and a drink. (Money made from our Café sales goes directly to our charity).
Breastfeeding welcomed.
Our volunteers will help you with taking your purchases to your car if you have difficulty carrying things or if you purchase large equipment or a large number of items.

What is a Nearly New Sale?
Run by volunteers, our Nearly New Sales are fantastic sources of good quality equipment, baby clothes, toys, and maternity wear, as well as a profitable outlet for your stock of outgrown and unwanted items. If you’re looking for a bargain, just turn up on the day of the sale. If you have any of the items listed (up to 12 years) that are looking for a new home, register as a seller before the date of the sale.
Come along and grab a bargain, whilst at the same time being 'green' (recycling) and also helping to raise money for the valuable work of the NCT.
