These are the terms and conditions for our NCT survey prize draw.
1. Promoter
The promoter is National Childbirth Trust (NCT), 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX.

2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over who submit a response to our survey after attending a paid NCT course (NCT Antenatal, NCT New Baby, NCT Introduction to Solids, NCT Refresher)
NCT employees or trustees are not eligible to win the prize draw.
Completing the survey in its entirety is not a requirement for being entered into the draw, but you must click ‘submit’ at the end of the survey in order to be entered.
3. How to Enter
Entry is free. Entrants must select ‘Yes’ in response to the survey question ‘Please tell us if you would / would not like to be entered into the prize draw’.
The Quarter 1 prize draw opens on 1st April and closes on 30th June.
The Q2 prize draw opens on 1st July and closes on 30th September.
The Q3 prize draw opens on 1st October and closes on 31st December.
The Q4 prize draw opens on 1st January and closes on 31st March.
After the end of each quarter (in July, October, January and April) an entry will be drawn at random from those that have submitted any NCT course survey during the previous quarter, and who have declared that they wish to enter the draw.
4. Prize
Each quarter, one winner will receive a £100 high street shopping voucher.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be notified via email within 6 weeks of the draw taking place.
6. Data Protection
Personal data used for the purpose of the prize draw will be processed in accordance with the NCT Privacy Notice.
The first name and county of the previous quarter’s winner may be made available on request. By entering the competition you agree to your details being used in this way in the event that you are the winner.
7. General
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw at any time without prior notice. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
