These are the terms and conditions for our free NCT Antenatal course giveaway.
1. Promoter - NCT Charity
The promoter is National Childbirth Trust, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX. Reg Charity No (England and Wales): 801395, (Scotland): SC041592. Reg Company No: 2370573.
2. Eligibility
- The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of NCT.
- Entrants must be pregnant or expecting a baby at the time of the course delivery.
3. How to Enter
- Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
- To enter, you must follow NCT on TikTok, like and comment on the post promoting the giveaway on TikTok, and you can receive an additional entry by reposting the TikTok video.
- Only two entries per person is allowed (via follow, like, comment & repost).
- The giveaway opens on 18/07/2025 and closes at 00:00 on 31/07/2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
4. Prize
- One winner will receive a free NCT Antenatal course of their choice, subject to availability.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- Travel and any other costs incurred in connection with the course are not included.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be notified via social media within 3 working days of the giveaway closing.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.
6. Course Booking
- The course must be booked within 3 months of the competition closing date.
- The chosen course must be scheduled to start within 6 months of the booking.
- Standard course terms and conditions apply once booked.
7. Data Protection
- Personal data provided during the competition will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
- By entering, you consent to the use of your name and entry for promotional purposes related to this giveaway.
8. General
- The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
- The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
