NCT class

Our Foundation Degree Birth and Beyond is the only university-accredited qualification in parenting education. 

This unique programme has been designed to allow you to develop a role as an NCT Practitioner enabling you to support, inspire and guide new parents in a range of areas including antenatal teaching, breastfeeding counselling and postnatal practice. 

We work in partnership with The University of Worcester to offer the best training and professional development opportunities in parenting education.

Key features of our Foundation Degree Birth and Beyond:

  • Full-time family-friendly course.
  • Regional face-to-face contact with tutors and other students.
  • Access to our course is by pre-existing qualifications or through our Access to Training course.
  • Continue your studies by moving onto a 'top-up' honours degree course, either through the University of Worcester or another academic institution. Visit for further details on their available courses.
