With so many brands out there, it's difficult to know where to start, and cloth nappies can seem a daunting prospect for new or expectant parents. Ensuring a good fit makes all the difference to whether they will work for you, and a chance to connect with people experienced in using cloth nappies is invaluable.
Run by volunteers, our nappy library aims to provide impartial advice and support to families interested in cloth nappies.
After you have put in a request to hire, you will be matched with a volunteer based on your location. All communication will be done via text and email, and we have an online secure payment system to allow you to make payment with peace of mind. Together with your volunteer you will agree on a time and place to meet for your collection.
You'll be sent all care and documents via email, and online support will be available throughout the duration of the hire.
A week before your kit is due back, your volunteer will be back in touch to arrange another meet. The volunteer will check through your return to ensure all is in order, at which point your deposit will be returned to you.
