The Godalming & District NCT newsletter is a quarterly publication, running through the seasons: Winter (December-February), Spring (March-May), Summer (June-August) and Autumn (September-November).
The newsletter is usually circulated at the very start of the quarter, and submission deadlines for articles and advertising are the middle of the proceeding month. So for the winter edition, submissions would need to be made by mid-November.
Circulation: The newsletter has a circulation of around 400 NCT members, prospective members, advertisers, prospective advertisers, surgery waiting rooms, local toddler/activity groups and nurseries.
Coverage: The Godalming & Cranleigh District branch covers a wide area: Alfold, Bargate Wood, Bowlhead Green, Brook, Upper and Lower Busbridge, Charterhouse, Chiddingfold, Compton, Cranleigh, Dunsfold, Elstead, Ewhurst, Fisherstreet, Farncombe, Godalming, Hambledon, Hascombe, Hydestile, Loxwood, Milford, Peper Harow, Ramsnest Common, Rowly, Sandhills, Shackleford, Thorncombe Street, Thursley, Tilford, Wheelerstreet, Witley, Wormley
Format: The newsletter is A5 in format and, except for the back and inside covers and four central pages, the advertisements are black and white. There is a 10% discount for placing an advertisement for one year (4 issues) and for charities.
