In these challenging times, it’s so important that we all feel connected – we’re not going to let social distancing get in the way!
We've moved the magic of our famously social antenatal courses online, so you can experience it all from the comfort of your own home.
- At least 12 hours of live, interactive sessions.
- Face-to-face delivery by one of our highly trained course leaders over the video call platform Zoom.
- An organised get-together once everyone’s babies have arrived.
- Extra support sessions with your course leader for questions and group discussions outside of course time.
Our live online course is interactive - see and talk with your course leader and other parents using your mobile phone, tablet or computer.
Small groups with up to eight other local couples, so you can ask more questions and build a close-knit group of NCT friends.
You'll get the same knowledge, expertise and experience as our in-person courses, only delivered online.
Regular online support sessions with your course leader, so you can ask additional questions along the way.
Tailored to your group’s needs, covering everything you need to know about pregnancy, birth and the early days.
Delivered by our local expert course leaders, trained to the highest standard in partnership with the University of Worcester.
We’ve run over 1,000 sessions, supporting 750 parents each week.
"We still have the excellent support network that we signed up for and look forward to keeping in contact with all the other couples we have met through our course. Thank you NCT for making such a stressful time that bit easier, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend."
What to expect
Same knowledge, expertise and experience as in-person courses but online
Using video technology, our new online antenatal course gives you face-to-face, interactive time with other parents in your group and your course leader. All you need is a mobile phone, tablet or computer.
An in-depth approach
We keep things practical, and let you choose topics. You’ll develop loads of handy skills and strategies to make life with your new baby easier. Our warm, supportive course leaders bring years of experience to every session. They’re always happy to listen, help and work through your questions.
Our course sizes are smaller than other antenatal course providers, so you'll be able to ask more questions and be supported by a close-knit group of parents.
Social interaction with other local parents
Our course may be online, but you’ll still be interacting with people in your area, expecting a baby at a similar time. There will be a group chat set-up so you can chat to the people on your course at any time.
We’re here to help you make connections and lifelong friends in your local community, providing an essential lifeline during pregnancy and beyond.
"Interactive, supportive and helpful"
