Durham Branch has now ceased running Nearly New Sales for the foreseeable future.
Thank you to everyone who has supported our sales as a seller, buyer or volunteer.
The cost of kitting out your baby or toddler can run into thousands. NCT Nearly New Sales are the perfect solution – top quality baby and children’s clothes and equipment at bargain prices straight from their loving owners while fundraising to support other parents in the UK. You’ll also be helping the environment by recycling your family’s old belongings or buying pre-loved items and preventing them going to landfill.
NCT members can get in 15 minutes earlier than non-members so if you’re queuing and feeling you might be missing out, grab one of our helpers and join on the spot to jump the queue!
The NCT organises these sales so you can sell your outgrown and unwanted items and recoup some of the cost.
After careful consideration, we’ve made the decision to cease running Nearly New Sales, as with so many alternative outlets available for buying and selling second-hand baby and children’s items, demand and participation in our sales have changed, combined with several members of our Nearly New Sale team stepping down from their volunteer roles it feels like the right time to bring this chapter to a close.
