Every Tuesday 9.15-11.15 at The Salvation Army Community Centre, Whites Way, Hedge End. Our NCT breastfeeding counsellor and peer supporters are there to support parents in all aspects of feeding. There is no need to book, nothing to pay, and both NCT members and non-members are welcome.

First Aid Courses
At just £25 each or £35 for 2 people, these practical courses will give you the confidence and skills to deal with baby first aid. Run in conjunction with the British Red Cross. Introducing Solids Course
NCT Introducing Solids workshops help you to decide when to start introducing solid food to your baby, what approach you want to take and what to expect. The workshops are suitable for parents of breastfed and bottle fed babies between the ages of 4-6 months. These sessions are designed for a parent or carer to attend with their baby.
